Bar Mitzvah Centerpieces
Hello ladies. I believe I have layouts to share for June. Just need to find the pictures I took or photograph them. Summer vacation is off to a busy start. The kids got out of school one week ago. I am hoping to have more time to share and visit you while getting stuff done around the house and reading!!
I wanted to share one of the big projects I was working on during the spring. I was asked to make centerpieces for a Bar Mitzvah with the them of Greek gods. The little boys idea was one I was afraid I would not live up to. It was a challenge but he was so happy with the outcome. I was so relieved and thrilled that my idea fulfilled his vision.
I did a lot of research, found images and symbols the represented the gods.
The columns were a challenge in themselves. Hobby Lobby had exactly what I was looking for!!
And here are most of the finished centerpieces! Thanks to my Silhouette I was able to create a lot of the symbols on gold paper.

DeleteWow these are so AWESOME :) Amazing what you did. Looking at a busy summer too hoping to scrap a bit when it's not really hot and humid. Lots of reading this summer I'm thinking and making those memories I like to scrap about :)
