Beach Route

Hello Ladies.  I have lots of layouts to share that were created with April Challenges.
I am going to do them in separate posts, which may seem crazy but sometimes I do
not like having SUPER LONG posts with lots of layouts.  This layout was created
with another Glitz collection that I LOVE called 77!

Selfies with my Love

More selfies of my and the hubby.  I know some of you commented about not having
many pictures with your husband.  I would not have many if it weren't for selfies.  Looking
forward  to seeing some layouts of wife and hubby selfies!!

Happy Selfie Taking!

Pancakes!

Normally I don't use masks!  But thanks to my bloggy friend Kerry and
this sketch, I thought I would give it another try.  Thanks Kerry for inspiring
me to try using a mask and spray again.

Fenway

Well, I guess you all know that we are Red Sox fans.  We took my son to see the Red Sox last May.  It was a gift for his first Communion and his first trip to Fenway.

Halloween Heavy Post

Hello!!  Here to share some of the Halloween pages I created using the Glitz Raven collection.  I miss them.  Not sure what happened but haven't seen any new products from Glitz but haven't heard anything either about the company's plans.   Here are my layouts - some inspired by sketches!

Love this sketch!

The layout I created was with some selfies of me and the hubby (iPhone).  They are not the best quality but I wanted to use them.  They were taken last year - 2014 - the top one is on Valentine's day and the bottom one was last year on our 20 year anniversary (20 years together not married).  For those of you who don't know we are HS sweethearts.  I was not feeling well on our "20 year" anniversary, so this was not the picture I envisioned but it is better than no picture.

The Reason I Smiled

This fun  paper from the Bella Blvd. Color Chaos collection was perfect for the photo I took of my son holding my hand as we walked across the rocks at the beach.  He was so sweet to help me so that I would not fall.  Of course, I snapped a picture!!  His kindness was the reason that I smiled!!

I turned the sketch from Stuck?! Sketches

little things mean the MOST

Little things sometimes mean the most in life.  Another reason why I love catching the
little memories on a scrapbook page!!  I chose red, white and black papers from the Bella Blvd.
Color Chaos Collection to accentuate the little pirates that were in my backyard using
their BIG imagination.

A very fun sketch!!

Take Two!

Hello!!  Today I am sharing my two takes on Crystal's sketch, which was posted yesterday!!
My sister in law to be asked my daughter, nieces and me to be in the wedding.  My daughter was
over the moon excited (she wants to wear high heels - and she will be 13 when they get married)
I loved the way that she asked us (see below), and I was so honored and thrilled to be asked myself.

As you can see I turned the sketch.

Some close-ups of my enamel dots (homemade) and title.

And a close up of the bow I made and my stitching!!  I just love this page!!!

She saw the idea on Pinterest!!

I also created a page for my son's book turning the sketch the other way.  On this page,
I used the COLOR CHAOS collection by Bella Blvd. Available at The Memory Nest
Shipping special extended through April ~ see side panel of blog.  I am so happy that I
captured these pictures.  My son went through a few days where he would wear these
cowboy boots.  They were mine when I was little.

Check out that cool jean washi tape I got at Michael's.  More homemade enamel dots and you can see how I tried to duplicate the star with the circle around it printed on the paper with my own embellishments.  I put a cutout circle around the captured star.

And my fun title that was cut our on my Cricut with the Old West cartridge.

Hope you will play along with us for your chance to win.
Crystal's sketch is so fun and can inspire many different layouts!!
