Plenty of Sketches and Colors

Three generations is the first layout I am sharing today.  I used papers and
embellishments from the Hello December and Believe Christmas collections.
I was thrilled with the twine circle. I made 3 loops to represent the 3 generations.
of my mom, my daughter and myself.  The layout was inspired by this month's sketch
from Stuck?! Sketches.  I am really happy with the outcome of this layout.

Bringing home the class pet was a lot of fun.  My kids loved having
the hamster to take care of.  I knew I wanted to create a layout for
this weekend memory and this color/sketch combo was just right.
Thank you for the inspiration Color Me Scrappy.  I loved both the
colors and the sketch (see below).

Scrapping these pictures from my daughter's 9th birthday have
been on my list for a while.  I find lots of sketches that I love, but then
I have to shuffle through my gazillion pictures in order to find ones to create
the layout.  THE BEST PART: finding just the right photos.   I love how
the colors in this layout are very similar to the above layout.

The sketch inspiration is from Sketchabilities #108.  I am
still experimenting with sprays/inks.  I like the way my inky circles
came out.  The drips looked good at first but they did not dry right.

Happy Scrapping,
