Sketch challenges and Chalk Studio!

Such a fun sketch from Let's Get Sketchy Week 3.  This was my
first time using corrugated paper on a layout.  I have to say the tear
in the bottom I love - and it was due to a spill during scrapbook
weekend.  "What happens at Snowflake Stays at the Scrap" - LOL
That was the saying this year - it was on our t-shirts! Just glad
I was able to salvage the layout...and LOVED the outcome!!

This layout was also created with a sketch.  I will post it as soon as I find
it on my Pinterest board.  Love being inspired by all the sketches out there.
I did not add embellishments - I can always go back and add some - but
I kind of like the simpleness of this layout of my daughter.

Both of these layouts were created with papers and embellishments
from the Chalk Studio collection by My Mind's Eye.  Love the colors
in this pack.  So soft and beautiful.

Happy Friday!
Hope you have a crafty weekend!

  2. Wonderful layouts. I love the simplicity of the layout with your daughter. Sometime paper, adhesive and a picture is all you need.

I love that corrugated paper and the MME line. I had the caulk line and loved using it all up.
