Way too Long...BUT I am back from Canada!!!

Hi Everyone!!  I know it has been so long.  And you know that I was busy with the end of the school year activities (chaos), but I was also busy getting ready for our trip to Canada!!  It was an amazing trip.  We just got home yesterday.  And now that all the traveling is past us - I will be back to visiting your blogs.  I have not forgotten about you and I hate that it has been so long since I have been an active blogger/poster/visitor!

To my Canadian friends: your country is lovely.  Thanks for sharing it with us! Such a fun experience for my family and my children loved every minute of it!!  Here are some pics until the scrap pages start coming.

Thanks for being so understanding.  I really hate not visiting all of you who are always so supportive and kind to visit me!!  Again, it has been waaaaaayyyy to long!!!

Happy Summer
Happy Fourth of July
Happy Belated Canada Day,

p.s. These are just iPhone photos.  LOL!
Sorry this is a little photo heavy!

Thanks for my selfie stick for the great family pictures.

On our way to Ottawa from Toronto....
we got a flat tire.  But it all worked out and were on the road faster
than  expected.  We got to ride in the cab of the big flat bed.

  1. Looks like an amazing getaway Leslie!! The pictures of your family are awesome, your such a great looking family. How do you like the selfie stick?? I almost bought one, but then didn't. lol But my arms aren't long enough to do any selfies. lol Wasn't the Boldt Castle on Heart Island amazing?!! My son took me and my youngest son through his military connections, he is stationed at Ft. Drum and they were having a family day through the military. They had a hug picnic for all of the soldiers and families on the island then we toured the castle and island. I wished my husband had been along. We took a ride on the boat around the St. Lawrence river and even went to the Canadian side. All the islands were amazing and it amazed me how a house could sit on them! lol I have so many pictures of the islands to scrap. I've got to get on that because it was a great little trip. Canada looked equally amazing, the only place outside of the US that I would like to go. Glad you had an amazing time!! Hugs, Brenda
