Tween Bedroom Makeover!

Busy, Busy , Busy!  That is what I have been lately.  Besides my blog and business I have planned and hosted comedy night, painted my daughter's bedroom and am now planning my son's birthday party (will post that next week).

Right now I want to share the makeover of my daughter's bedroom.  This was her birthday present for her 10th birthday.  Relatives bought a few decorations for the new look and my husband and I bought the bedding, curtains, and paint.  We love the way it came out.  Here it is...

Her grammie and uncle's girlfriend's gifts were pictures for the walls.
Daddy helped her decorate her switch plate with masking tape.

My daughter LOVES fashion and Paris ~ hence the dress form.
Below is her old room.  Very little girl - it was time for a makeover.

Comforter, sheets and curtains purchased from Target
Paint - Benjamin Moore Passion Plum and Pigeon Grey.

Happy Painting,

    1. You are so sweet. I am for from a decor pro - since my little designer helped a lot. LOL!! You would def get along with her. I had a few swatches picked out. We put them on the wall and she chose the Passion Plum. We were debating which grey and she chose that one too. I was a little bit afraid that the grey would be too much but she was right. I think she has an eye for that sort of thing. thanks again for all your compliments. Chic room for a chic girl.

At least you will always have a way to remember me as the not following girl - wouldn't that be awful if someone actually said that. Glad we connected.
